摘要
对自动张紧器的结构、工作原理做了详细的介绍,对采用自动张紧器皮带传动系统的受力进行分析与计算,并提出了监控皮带老化伸变的方法。计算结果表明:自动张紧器保证的是皮带传动中松边拉力F2,而非自动张紧轮保证的皮带预紧力Fo。
This paper mainly introduces the structure and the working principle of the automatic tensioner in detail.It analyzes and calculates the forces on automatic tensioner driving system.It puts forward a method monitoring belt aging.The calculation results show that the automatic tensioner is to guarantee the pulling force of tension release in belt gearing and the non-automatic tensioner is to guarantee the pretension.
