铁路更新改造工程是指铁路对既有设备进行的技术改造。分析更新改造工程的特点和管理存在的问题,提出工程项目管理的主要内容。对更新改造项目建设周期,项目管理组织,项目的分解、综合管理和质量控制,项目的沟通与协调等方面的项目管理模式进行了探讨,并在三茂铁路股份公司增设会让站的应急改造工程项目中较全面地应用了项目管理模式。

The railway renewal and modification project refers to the technicalmodification to railway existing facilities. This paper analyzes the characters aswell as the problems existed in management of renewal and modificationprojects and brings forward the main contents of project management. It thendiscusses the project cycle, organization of project management, the breakdown,comprehensive management and quality control of project, project communicationand coordination, etc. This project management mode has been thoroughlyapplied in the lash-up modification project of adding passing station in San-MaoRailway Holding Company.
