周秉高教授《楚辞解析》一书,给我们提供了楚辞文本研究的有价值的范本。作者思考的是如何把作品的思想内容正确地、系统地表达出来,并加以分析、评论、升华,使学习者容易接受并得到启发,所以,该书的重心在于梳理清楚楚辞作品的脉络,即把握作者的思路,理清文章的层次。即使把这本书放在楚辞学研究历史的长度考量,这本书也是有独特内容的著作。

“An Explanation and Analysis to Chu-Ci”by Zhou Binggao has offered us a model book for Chu-Ci research. The author has put forward systematically its theme, and more than that, he made a lot of analyses and comment on it so as to make the learners of Chu-Ci accept it easily and deeply impressed. In one word, this is a good book although measured by the length of Chu-Ci research.
