摘要
《中国共产党党员权利保障条例》已经正式颁布。《条例》以其鲜明的时代性、科学性、实践性基础性把我们党保障党员权利的实践推向一个新的起点。正确认识、理解和把握《条例》,是全面深入彻落实《条例》的前提。
The Member Rights Guarantee Statutes of CCP has been published. It is contrastively up-to-date, scientific, practical and fundamental as to put our practice of guarantee member rights onto a new starting point. The article intends to help clarify the contents and bring us to a better understanding as to fully carry out the statutes.
