企业家阶层是一种宝贵的人力资源,它对提高企业竞争力至关重要。但这一阶层在我国形成较滞后,为此,剖析了其滞后的原因及着重提出在完善制度对策建设方面的一些思考。

The enterpriser class as an important human resource, is crucial to the improvement of company competition. However, its development in our country has been backward and slow. This article tends to analyse its cause and proposes some thoughts in perfecting the system to promote its development.
