外国直接投资的就业效应实证分析——以广东省就业市场为例

An Empirical Analysis of the Effects of Foreign Direct Investment on Employment:The Example of Guangdong Employment Market

本文选择全国利用外国直接投资最为活跃的广东省就业市场作为研究对象,通过建立相应的计量模型,着重研究外国直接投资对就业的影响。本文研究发现,外国直接投资对广东省的总就业确实存在显著性的影响,并且在此基础上探讨了这种显著性背后的原因。

This paper chooses Guangdong, ranking the first in using FDI among all provinces in China, as research target and emphatically explores the effects of FDI on employment in Guangdong by making use of econometric model. The research result reveals that employment in Guangdong is postively related with FDI. On the basis of the above results, the paper further discusses the reasons of FDI on employment in Guangdong.
