摘要
人力资源中介组织是我国人力资源配置的主渠道,对社会的稳定与发展有着重要作用。通过对我国劳动力市场状况和中介组织现状的分析,重点阐述了人力资源中介组织运作中存在的问题,并对完善和发展人力资源中介组织提出了建议。
Human resource agency is the main part of the HR scheme in China. Its growth is beneficial not only to the development of every principal part in labor market, but also to the social stability and development. By describing the definition of the HR agencies and analyzing the situation of the labor market and HR agencies industry, the paper puts forth some suggestions to promote the further development in this field.
