The Present Situation and Traits of Basic Endowment Insurance in Jiangsu and the Corresponding Measures

依据相关数据、资料,对江苏省基本养老保险的覆盖面、在岗职工负担系数、企业参保职工负担系数、基本养老保险基金支付安全系数、基本养老保险金替代率等方面的现状进行了初步分析并与全国的情况相对照,显示了该省基本养老保险在全国的相对水平。在此基础上,进一步对该省基本养老保险制度运行中存在的问题及成因进行了探讨,并就如何实现基本养老保险的可持续发展提出了政策建议。

Based on the relevant data and materials, the paper analysed the basic endowment insurance of Jiangsu Province in terms of its coverage rate, the bearing ratio of the employees on guard and the one of those taking insurance, and the safety factors of its payment. It also showed jiangsu's relative level compared with the national one. On this basis, the problems and the causes are discussed, and suggestions to realize its sustainable development in Jiangsu Province are put forward.
