After the entry of WTO, the more and more activities of transnational annexing of Chinese enterprises has formed a noticeable tide. The overseas annexing of Chinese enterprises has not only inherent impulse in conformity with economic development, but also an inside and outside condition corresponding to environment. Predicting the future, the transnational annexing will become an important strategy of Chinese enterprises, and its scale will be expanded fast.
