摘要
采用涂敷法制备了壳聚糖(CS)/聚砜(PS)中空纤维复合膜,考察了气相丙烯中脱除微量水分的蒸汽渗透性能。分析讨论了PS基膜C、S脱乙酰度(D D)、CS的浓度、交联剂种类及其用量和热处理温度对膜蒸汽渗透性能的影响。结果表明,在一定的制膜条件及渗透工艺条件下,对于水分含量为0.3127%的气相丙烯,水渗透通量为9.89g/m2·h;分离因子为1412.5。
the CS(chitosan)/PS(polysulfone) hollow fiber composite membrane was prepared by coating the base membrane with chitosan. Vapor permeation performance of the membrane for dehydration of propylene vapor mixtures was studied. The effects of deacetylation degree of CS, the concentration of CS, various crosslinking agent and their usage, the temperature of heat treatment and base membrane which might affect performances of composite membranes on performance of vapor permeation of the membrane were also studied. The results showed that under a certain conditions of membrane preparation and permeation technology, the permeation rate of gas phase propylene with water content of 0.3127% was 9.89g/(m2·h), the separation factor was 1412.5.
