FENTON试剂降解壳聚糖废液的化学动力学性能 被引量:3

CHEMICAL KINETICS OF DEGRADATION OF CHITOSAN SPENT LIQUOR BY FENTON REAGENT

摘要 通过单因素实验和正交验证得到Fenton试剂降解壳聚糖废液的实验操作条件2:5m L处理液,初始pH=3,终了pH=10F,e2+(10gFe/L)5m L,30%H2O20.5m L搅拌60m in,静置8h。在该实验条件下,常温和80℃时Fenton试剂降解壳聚糖废液的CO D去除率分别为58.91%和72.97%,常温时Fenton试剂对其中醋酸钠难降解有机物的降解效率达到16.93%。利用紫外扫描法分析了该过程的动力学过程,将将其分为两个近一级反应阶段,反应速率常数分别为-0.0459和-0.0022。考察了Zn2+、Co2+C、d2+M、n2+、C u2+、N2i+对Fenton试剂的辅助催化作用,结果表明:常温下Co2+的辅助催化效果最好,使CO D去除率达到74.22%,较未加时提高了25.99%。 Through single-factor experiment and orthogonal method verification was acquired the optimal experimental conditions for degradation of chitosan spent liquor by Fenton reagent, i.e., 25L spent liquor to be treated, initial and terminal pH values of 3 and 10 respectively, Fe2+solution (10gFe/L) volume of 5mL, 0.5mL 30% H2O2, stirring for 30 min., statically laying for 8h. Under the experimental conditions, COD removal rates in chitosan spent liquor by Fenton reagent at ordinary temperature and 80℃ were 58.91% and 72.97% respectively; the degrading efficiency of Fenton reagent against organic sodium acetate which is difficult to be degraded reached to 16.3%. The dynamic process was analysed with UV-scanning method; it can be divided into two near first order reaction stages with reaction constants of -0.0459 and 0.0022 respectively. The auxiliary catalytic action of Co2+, Cd2+,Cu2+,Mn2+,Zn2+and Ni2+ on Fenton reagent was investigated; the results showed that, at ordinary temperature, the auxiliary catalytic effect of Co2+ was the best; it made COD removal rate reach to 74.22%, being 25.99% higher than the COD removal rate without adding Co2+.
