摘要
研究了湖南烟区烟草黑胫病菌(Phytophthoraparasiticavarnicotianae)分离菌株的产孢性状。结果表明,Py96-1和Py96-2两菌株用燕麦片培养基,在25～28℃温度下,培养21～28d,产孢菌丝生长最好,菌丝茂密,产生孢子囊多。
Through the observation and analysis of two bacterial strains' producing spores character, the two strains Py96-1 and Py96-2 grow best and fast, and more, they can produce most on the oat medium. The suitable temperature rang for Py96-1 and Py96-2 is 25 ℃～28 ℃,especially 26℃, After suck of the 33% Hoagland or 0.1% KNO_3, the two strains can produce much zoosporangium, especially when they have grown three weeks.
