略论留学生对中国文学发展的贡献

On the Contributions of the Returned Students to Chinese Literature Development

留学生对中国文学发展的贡献极大,表现在:留学生对文学运动的发动,代表人物胡适、陈独秀等都是留学生;留学生对文学理论的创新,代表人物王国维、鲁迅、张闻天、周扬、朱光潜等都是留学生;留学生在文学创作上的率先,代表人物有鲁迅、胡适、田汉、郭沫若、冰心、巴金、徐志摩等。应该有一部留学生文学史来充分总结留学生在文学方面的不朽成就。

The returned students have made great contributions to Chinese literature, which expresses in the following aspects: 1. the initiation of literature movement with its representatives of Hu Shi, Chen Duxiou and so on; 2. the refreshment of literary theory with its representatives of Wnag Guowei, Lu Xun, Zhang Wentian, Zhou Yang and Zhu Duangqian; 3. the leading in literary creation with its representatives of Lu Xun, Hu Shi, Tian Han, Guo Moruo, Bing Xin, Ba Jin and Xu Zhimo. There should be a history of returned students to sum up the achievements made by the returned students.
