调胃五方对胃肠激素作用的比较研究

Comparative Research on the Gastrointestinal Hormones Effect of Five TCM Prescriptions of Regulation Spleen and Stomach

目的 比较调胃五方对大鼠胃肠激素的作用,为临床治疗胃肠动力障碍所致疾病和开发促胃肠动力中药提供实验依据。方法 用Wistar大鼠70只,随机分为正常组、半夏泻心汤组、小柴胡汤组、越鞠汤组、吴茱萸汤组、枳实消痞汤组、吗叮啉组。将上述7组大鼠分别用拟定的处理因素连续灌胃7d。检测血清、血浆中血管活性肠肽(VIP)、胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、一氧化氮(NO)的变化。结果 调胃五方对促进胃肠平滑肌蠕动的胃肠激素及神经递质(GAS、MTL、5-HT)有增强作用,而对抑制胃肠平滑肌活动的NO、VIP有不同程度的抑制作用。其中半夏泻心汤对MTL、5-HT的作用强于吗叮啉组,小柴胡汤组对GAS的升高作用强于吗叮啉组(P<0 01),吴茱萸汤对NO下降的影响最大。结论 调胃五方对大鼠胃肠激素均有不同程度的影响。

Objective To find the mechanism of five Traditional Chinese Medicinal compound Prescriptions of regulating spleen and stomach,that is,BanXiaXieXin soup,XiaoChaiHu soup,YueJu soup,WuZhuYu soup and ZhiShiXiaoPi soup,the effect on some gastrointestinal hormones;Such as GAS,MTL,VIP,NO and 5-HT,are observed and compared.The study will provide scientific basis for the treating of disease which is caused by the disturbance of gastrointestinal motive power.Methods In the experiment,seventy Wistar rats were randomly divided to seven groups,namely,the normal control group,the BanXiaXieXin soup group etc.Except the normal control group was treated with N.S,the other six groups were treated with different soups.After seven days,the blood plasma and serum of all rats were collected and then detected.Results The five prescriptions of regulating spleen and stomach could enhance the effect of some gastrointestinal hormones,which can promote gastrointestinal smooth muscle wriggle .Among them,BanXiaXieXin soup had stronger effect on MTL,5-HT than that of Motilium and XiaoChaiHu soup had stronger effect on GAS than that of Motilium (P<0.01).WuZhuYu soup could decrease the index of NO obviously.ConclusionsBanXiaXieXin soup etc,have marked effect on some gastrointestinal hormones.
