经皮穿刺治疗慢性前列腺炎820例临床分析

The Study of Effects of Percutaneous Intraprostatic Injection Therapy for 820 Cases of Refractory Chronic Prostatitis

目的探讨治疗慢性前列腺炎的有效方法.方法对2000年2月～2004年2月,收治的820例慢性前列腺炎患者,行经皮(会阴)穿刺前列腺注药治疗.结果随访3年治愈率达65%(533/820),有效达100%(820/820),无明显副作用发生.结论药物直接注射前列腺内,是治疗慢性前列腺炎的一种安全、有效的方法.

Objective To evaluate the effects of percutaneous intraprostatic injection therapy for refractory chronic prostatitis.Method From February 2001 to February 2004, percutaneous intraprostatic injection with drugs was performed in 820 cases.Results The cure rate and total effective rate of this therapy were 65% (533/820) and 100% (820/820) for 3 years follow-up respectively.After treatment no obvious complication was found during the follow-up as long as 3 years.Conclusion The result suggest that percutaneous intraprostatic injective with drug is a safe and useful therapy for refractory chronic prostatitis.
