摘要
嘉陵江广元城区河段为多个连续弯道组成的复杂河湾,弯道阻力大,行洪能力弱,导致广元城区洪灾频繁,损失十分严重.为了提高广元市城区河段的防洪能力,拟实施嘉陵江塔山湾河段裁弯综合治理工程,但工程对河势和航运的影响较大.本文通过河工模型试验,主要从通航角度对单一裁弯方案、双河并存裁弯方案的布置与整治效果进行了分析比较,双河并存方案老河槽内通航条件较好、对河势的影响相对较小,选择其为推荐实施方案.
The GuangYuan reach of Jialinjiang River form with continuous curved section.The Periodical flood didn’t pass unimpeded,cause huge lose of the people aside the reach. For raising the city’s ability of the flood-control ,the multi-purpose regulations scheme are investigated on the basis of measured date in river model test. The project alternative divide to two kinds, i.e. unitary shortend section of river,and two chanel to coexist. Flood-control of the river, navigation and evolution of the river are analyzed. A reasonable and feasible project alternative and the improvement measurement are proposed.
