The Construction of Internationalized Cities and The Modernization of Youth Quality

根据北京、上海、广州建设现代化大都市的目标,分析中心城市、文化名城、山水之都的建设和国际性功能的发挥,对青少年素质提出新的要求,并且适应社会经济发展的需要,提出青少年素质现代化的重点是三个方面:即青少年公民意识的培养、青少年创新能力的开发、青少年文化素养的提高。

Upon on the target of internationalized cities of Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, for the intemational functioning of center city, culture city and landscape city, new demands has been put on the youth quality. The emphases of the modernization of youth quality are on three facets, which are the cultur-ing of citizenship, the exploitation of innovation and the enhancement of culture qualites.
