青少年吸毒并非一种孤立的个人行为。青少年往往是在熟识甚至与其联系非常紧密的群体环境中开始接触、逐渐认可并最终沉溺于毒品的。存在吸毒行为的交往群体对青少年的诱导作用,主要体现在毒品的获得与尝试、吸毒的“高峰”体验、吸毒亚文化的习得与传承、社会压力的消解和吸毒行为的认同,以及重复吸毒的发生等方面。
