The paper introduces the virtual instrument and the good perspective of its application in education. Virtual instrument is a sort of system of computer instrument that is defined by consumers and carried out by testing software based on hardware flat roof of currency computer. It has virtual faceplate, virtual instrument is an available unites of computer hardware resource, instrument and measure system hardware resource and testing software resource. 'Virtual' refers to the state of the surface of instrument. Software is the core content of the concept of virtual instrument. This paper explains the necessity and feasibility of virtual instrument through the explanation of the elements of it and the example of teaching experiment.
