摘要 灵芝具有增强免疫的作用,通过动物和细胞试验,做了ConA诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化试验(MTT法)、二硝基氟苯(DNFB)诱导小鼠迟发性变态反应(耳肿胀法)、抗体生成细胞检测(Jerne改良玻片法)、血清溶血素测定(血凝法)、小鼠碳廓清试验、小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞试验(半体内法)、NK细胞活性测定[乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)测定法],用SAS6. 12统计软件中单因素方差分析对各实验组间所得数据进行了比较,明确了一般品质的多糖产品(灵芝全粉)具有免疫调节作用。 Ganoderma Liciudm can develop immunity from diseases. Based on animals and cells, a series of tests are carried out. Such as the spleen lymph cells transformation of ConA induced mouse (MTT method), slow allergy of DNFB induced mouse, Lear-Swelling method), cell test of antibody formation (Jerne improved slide method), hemolytic test of blood serum and hem chrome (blood coagulation method), mouse carbon test, phagocytes test of mouse abdominal cavity phagocyte with the chicken erythrocyte, NK cells active function test (LDH method). After these tests, with the single factor variance analysis in the SAS6.12 accounting software, comparing related data, it is pointed out that Ganoderma Liciudm powder - a common polysaccharide product can moderate immunity.
