On the women images in "New Interpretations of Old Stories" ——comment on the scholars' view of womenin the Wei and Jin Dynasties

魏晋南北朝时期 ,玄学兴盛 ,这一时期的女性也受到魏晋风度的影响 ,《世说新语》中的女性有才识、有个性、有风度 ,但她们仍摆脱不了封建礼教的束缚。

Metaphysics prospered in the Wei and Jin Dynasties, whose modes influenced the women in this period. In 'New Interpretations of Old Stories', women have insight, personality and manners, but they fail to get rid of the constraint of the feudal Confucian ethical codes. These distinctive women images reflect the scholars' view of women in the Wei and Jin Dynasties.
