Upon the analysis of the interaction between academic atmosphere and campus people (teachers and students), it is pointed out that the key to promoting the academic atmosphere lies with the improvement of teachers' exemplary virtues——especially that of young teachers'. Then discussion is made of what the virtues are, how they can be improved, and what significance this improvement is of.
