摘要
网络时代的到来及网络经济的发展 ,使企业的营销活动及企业对营销人才的要求发生很大的变化 ,也使企业营销的人力资源管理面临了一系列新的问题。本文试图探讨在新的形势下 ,企业应该采取哪些应对策略 。
The arrival of the network age and the development of the network economy have brought not only lots of changes in marketing activities and requirements of their marketing personnel by the corporations, but also a series of new problems to human resources management in marketing. This paper explores what strategies the enterprises should take to reinforce the effective management of human resources in marketing in the new situation.
