从秦简《日书》看秦代婚姻和家庭人际关系

The Marriage and Family Relations of the Qin State and Qin Dynasty ——Based on the Qin’s Daybook

秦代婚姻中的夫妻关系存在着和睦恩爱、感情不和、分居、离异等状况;在家庭中,人们关心子女的数量、性别、健康状况和未来的职业,希望子女富和贵,也表明时代的总特征带来了社会身份变化的可能性。睡虎地秦简《日书》还反映了一夫多妻的婚姻制度、孝敬父母的观念和由此而产生的家庭关系问题。

The article,which is based on two versions of the excavated literature—Qin’s Daybook in bamboo slips form,discusses the marriage,conjugal relation,children and other personal relations within a family.The author thinks there were many possibilities for the development of the conjugal relation,such as living in harmony,spoiled by death,divorce,separation and constant friction.In a family,people cared about the number,sex,health conditions and future occupations of their children.They hoped them rich and noble.All of these showed that the general characteristics of the era brought the possibility of the change of social status.The Daybook also revealed the polygamy system,the idea of being filial piety to one’s parents and the corresponding problems of family relations.
