摘要
目的 :对文拉法辛增强美沙酮的镇痛作用进行动物实验观察。方法 :将小鼠随机分成 5组 (n =10 ) ,生理盐水组 (A组 ) ,盐酸美沙酮组 (B组 ) ,盐酸美沙酮加低剂量文拉法辛组 (C1组 ) ,盐酸美沙酮加中剂量文拉法辛组 (C2组 ) ,盐酸美沙酮加高剂量文拉法辛组 (C3组 ) ,通过扭体法和热板法观察文拉法辛对美沙酮的镇痛作用的影响。结果 :C2组和C3组与B组比较均可明显减少小鼠的扭体次数 ,疼痛潜伏期延长 ,痛阈百分率提高。结论 :对化学刺激法致痛和热板法致痛的小鼠文拉法辛能够增强美沙酮的镇痛作用 ,二者具有协同作用。
Objective:To make an animal experimental observation of venlafaxine multiplying analgesic effect of methadone hydrocloride.Methods:Mice models were randomly divided into five groups ((n=)10),the first group(Group A) was given NS,the second group (Group B) methadone,the third group(Group C1) low dose of venlafaxine and methadone,the fourth group(Group C2) medium dose of venlafaxine and methadone,the fifth group (Group C3) high dose of venlafaxine and methadone.Twist reaction and hot board reaction were used to observe venlafaxine multiplying analgesic effect of methadone hydrocloride.Results:High or medium dose of venlafaxine added to methadone(Group C2 and Group C3) obviously reduced the frequency of twist reaction in the experimental mice,and latent period of pain was prolonged and pain threshold improved.Conclusion:Venlafaxine can multiply the analgesic effect of methadone,they have synergism.
