摘要
目的 :总结肱骨外科颈骨折临床治疗经验。方法 :应用非手术疗法和手术疗法治疗不同型的肱骨外科颈骨折。结果 :36例获得随访 ,34例按期骨折愈合 ,2例延迟愈合 ,肩关节功能评分优 2 7例 ,良 6例 ,可 2例 ,差 1例 ,优良率 91.6 7%。结论
Objective:To summerize the clinical experience in treating fracture of surgical neck of humerus.Methods:Non-operative treatment and operative treatment were used to treat different types of fracture.Results:The follow-up was made in 36 cases.Of them,34 showed normal union,and 2 delayed healing.Shoulder joint function was graded:27 were superior,6 good,2 fair,and 1 bad (the supervior rate 91.67%).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect may depend on good reduction and proper fixation.
