摘要 运用MSC/DYTRAN有限元软件,对碳纤维-环氧树脂“+”字型、“-|”字型、“-|”字型3种典型复合材料元件的破坏过程、峰值载荷、平均载荷和能量吸收能力进行了数值模拟研究。鉴于MSC/DYTRAN有限元软件不能直接用于复合材料的吸能分析,分析时采用了等效的方法。将复合材料结构元件的数值计算结果与准静态轴向压溃试验的结果进行对比,两者较为一致,从而说明运用该有限元软件并采用等效的方法模拟复合材料结构吸能能力的可行性。 The crush process,peak load, sustained load and energy absorption property of three typical composite components with “+” shape,“ -| ” shape and “ -|” shape are analyzed by utilizing the explicit finite element code MSC/DYTRAN. Equivalent method is adopted in the modeling since the FEM code cannot analyze the energy absorption behavior of composite materials. Numerical results of composite components are compared with the experimental results under quasi-static axial compressive loads to be failured. Good correlation is observed between numerical results and experimental data. Experiment shows that it is possible to analyze the energy absorption capability of composite structures by using the MSC/DYTRAN together with the equivalent method.
