低值品管理系统是典型的信息管理系统(MIS) ,其开发主要包括数据库的建立和维护,以及应用程序的开发两个方面。该系统主要包括入库管理、出库管理、调拨管理、库存查询和会计对帐几部分。重点是财务对帐的管理。要求数据准确反映库存数量及价值。

The managing system of Low-value wares is a typical managing information system (MIS),which mainly includes build -up of data-base, maintenance and development of applications. This software includes management of wares' OUT and IN warehouse, detail report and financial counting control. The important part is the management of financial counting. It requires that the data exactly represent the stock amount and value, as well as changing process data.
