针对某厂丁二烯螺杆压缩机运行存在因泄漏严重导致检修频繁的问题,从设计、制造、操作、检修等方面对泄漏的原因进行分析,提出了多项改造意见,通过实施收到良好效果。

The leak causes were analyzed and some retrofit suggestions were proposed for screw compressors for butadiene in design, fabrication, operations, and maintenance for the frequent repairs induced with serious leak, and a good result was obtained after the retrofit.
