摘要
在实践中,从6方面构建人性化医疗服务品牌:以温馨、舒适的就医环境创造人性化服务的良好氛围;以病人为中心,推行亲情、便民全程服务;以优良的医疗质量提升人性化医疗服务的良好品质;以比较低廉的费用提供比较优质的服务,显现人本关怀;诚信服务成为人性化医疗服务的重要内涵;以良好的医德医风强化人性化医疗服务。实践证明,构建具有自身特色的人性化医疗服务品牌,是医院实现可持续发展的必由之路。
In practice it is very important to construct medical service system from the viewpoint of humanity, which involves a few aspects. We should create a warm and comfortable environment for hospitalizations ; we should persist in patient-centred service policy, and serve the patients warmheartedly; we should provide patients with high-quality which exalted medical ethics; we should provide the patients services with higher quality and cheaper fee; we should make faithful services part of humane medical services; and optimize the medical service system. it also proved that construction of medical service system from the viewpoint of humanity is the only way that to a sustainable development of medical services.
