外源性褪黑激素对大鼠体温昼夜节律的影响

EFFECT OF EXOGENOUSMELATONIN ON BODY TEMPEKRATURECIRCADIAN RHYTHM IN THE RAT

摘要 本工作在正常动物褪黑激素分泌的高峰期(夜间),给摘除了松果体和眼球的大鼠腹腔注射外源性褪黑激素,对比观察给药前、后动物体温的昼夜变动情况,经用“余弦节律分析法”对实验所得数据进行分析,结果看到注射外源性褪黑激素后动物体温昼夜变动节律的振幅呈增大趋势。注射前因平均振幅较小及各动物节律特征的个体差异较大,没有明显的群体节律;注射后,经用方差分析作“零振幅假设检验”,表明去松果体盲鼠出现明显的群体昼夜节律。这些结果提示松果体也参与哺乳动物体温昼夜节律的调节,其作用是通过褪黑激素去实现的。 The experiments were performed on removal of pineal body and eye by in jection exogenous melatonin on the normal rats intraperitoneal in melatonin secreted peak(night),comparative o bservation body temperature change on the given drug before and after. The date statistic treament by cosine method.The results showed the animal body temperature circadian rhythm amplitude had a tendency to increase on the injected melatonin after(control injected of 0.9%NaCl was not). In comparison with the injectoned drug before,each animal mean amplitude smallish and individual variation was augmented of rhythm characteristic therefore no obvious popula-tion rhythm s.Showed on the removal of pineal body and eye animal arise obvious popula-tion rhythms on the injected after by square deviation anlyze for“zero-amplitude test”. These rcsults suggest the pineal body participate in the modulation body temperature circadian rhythm of mammalian the effect may be mediated by melatonin.
