摘要
目的:确证新药尼麦角林的结构。方法:应用EA、UV、IR、MS、1H-NMR、13C-NMR及SR的测定对新药尼麦角林的结构进行确证。结果:首次利用COSY、HMQC、HMBC等二维核磁共振技术对尼麦角林的1H-NMR、13C-NMR谱信号进行了全归属。结论:经谱学研究确证了新药尼麦角林的结构。
Object: To identify the structure of the new agent nicergoline . Methods: The structure of nicergoline was estublished EA,UV, IR, MS, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and SR. Conclusions: In this paper all the 1H NMR and 13C NMR signals of the nicergoline were assigned unequivocally for the first time by means of two-dimensional NMR techniques (COSY, HMQC andHMBC). Results: The structure of nicergoline was identified by intensive spectral studies.
