摘要 研究葡萄高接对营养成分变化的影响,采用高接法把3个葡萄新品种嫁接在原固有品种红香水/山葡萄砧木上,再对嫁接后的树体结构营养成分变化进行理化分析测定。结果表明,嫁接后60d生长旺盛,树势完全恢复,叶绿素含量超过低接树对照,休眠枝蔓的蛋白质、脯氨酸、磷及糖积累也较对照高,越冬未有冻害发生,第二年结果率达75.0%~86.9%。 Three new grape varieties were high-grafted to the stock Hongxiangshui/grape-vine on the esame approaches. The chlorophgll content, protein content,proline content, inorganic phosphate and sugar were analysed.The results which nutrition component of high-grafted three grape vavieties were height ratio than low-grafted grape trees, all reachd full growth, and the tree vigour recuperated completely.The high-grafted three varieties had happended cold injury throught the winter. The percentage of fertile frult reached to 75.0%-86.9% in the second year. Scientific basis is provided for regeneration variety and improved old grapeyard.
