摘要
实验用滑走切片和常规石蜡切片法,对东北杏的营养器官解剖结构进行了观察。结果表明,东北杏根、茎、叶的解剖学结构除具一般双子叶植物的特征外,还具有明显地抗旱特性,同时浅析了根、茎、叶抗旱的解剖学机理,并认为东北杏属薄叶型旱生植物。
Anatomical structure of vegetative organs of Armeniaca mandshurica was observed in detail by sliding and paraffin method. The results showed that vegetative organs of Armeniaca mandshurica had the evident feature of drought-resistance. Drought-resistant mechanism of vegetative organs in Armeniaca mandshuria was discussed. These suggested that Armeniaca mandshuria belonged to thin-leaf xerophyte.
