摘要
李家峡水电厂发电机推力轴承采用推力外循环油循环冷却方式。这种油循环存在的问题是当油泵运行压力较高时 ,推力油槽的进油压力相应提高 ,产生油雾较多 ,致使机组油气污染严重。文章主要对上述问题进行了可行性分析 ,提出了改进方案 ,阐述了降压运行的重要性及其意义。
The generator's thrust bearing of Lijiaxia Hydropower Station adopts the oil-circulation cooling way of thrust external-circulation. The existing problem of the oil circulation is when oil pump's running pressure is at a high level, thrust oil groove's inlet oil pressure improves accordingly, it produces more oil atomization, and causes the unit's oil gas to be seriously polluted. The paper expounds the feasible analysis of the above appearing problems and proposes the improving scheme, and illustrates the importance and meaning of reducing pressure running.
