施工现场安全综合模糊评价模型与方法研究

建筑施工现场之间的安全评价比较是提高建筑业整体安全管理水平的重要依据之一,但由于影响安全管理的因素十分复杂,因此目前尚没有一个完全成熟的评价方法.建设部颁布的《施工企业安全生产评价标准》(JGJ/T 77-2003)只是较好的解决了单个施工现场的安全状况的评价,但没有对同一企业的不同工地或不同企业间工地的安全状况做出量化评比.结合建筑施工现场特点,充分利用国家现有的相关技术标准,运用模糊数学评价方法,提出了一种适合各个施工项目部安全评判的方法,并结合实例进行了验证.

Safety evaluation of construction site is one of important references for safety management. There is not a fullmature evaluation method at the present time because the affect element is fully complex. The ‘Standard of the work safety assessment for construction company’(JGJ/T 77-2003), which is issued and implemented by Ministry of Construction,gives a concrete regulation on assessing safety method for single building site,but doesn’t make quantification and appraisement on safety state through comparison distinct construction site. On the base of fuzzy evaluation theory and now available correlative technique criterion of our country,a new method of safety evaluation is put forward integrated the current feature of construction site. The method is tested through practical example.
