通货膨胀是经济发展过程中客观存在的现象.建设项目周期长,不可避免会受到通货膨胀的影响.建设项目财务评价也应该考虑通货膨胀因素的影响.就通货膨胀因素对建设项目财务评价指标的影响进行了探讨,同时为通货膨胀条件下项目投资决策提供可靠的依据.

Inflation is an objective phenomena in the development of economy. The construction project will be affected by inflation because of its long life cycle,so it is necessary to consider the effect of inflation in project economic evaluation.In this paper,how inflation influences the evaluation targets is argued and credible methods are provided in calculating targets when considering the influence of inflation.
