The sensor of strain gauge of load,which includes structure and deployment of strain gauge,is designed,and calibrates the testing system with the sensor.By analyzing testing data and its error,a better ideal result which can satisfy testing requirement is obtained.The method is helpful to supervise static strength measurement of actual components.
