摘要
以3 苯基 2 丙烯酸(肉桂酸)为原料,用Curtius重排的方法合成异氰酸酯,直接与芳香胺作用,合成了5 种N 取代苯基 N′ 苯丙烯基脲类化合物.该方法具有原料易得、操作简便、无需分离中间体等优点.目标产物的结构经元素分析、IR及1H NMR得到了确证.
New compounds of the type of unsymmetrically substituted ureas are synthesized by a series of reactions of preparing organic isocyanates by Curtius rearrangement with aromatic amine. This method has the advantages of mild condition easy handling, high yields, easy preparation and mild reaction conditions. The structures of compounds are characterized by elemental analysis, IR and ~1H NMR.
