摘要
发根农杆菌(Agrobacteriumrhizogenes)中含有Ri质粒.在自然条件下,发根农杆菌通过伤口侵染植物,使植物产生毛状根.本文从发根农杆菌的特性,及其所含有的Ri质粒的结构和功能,发根农杆菌诱导毛状根发生的机理,毛状根的转化方法,培养和鉴定及用于植物次生代谢生产方面的应用研究进行了综述.
Agrobacterium rhizogenes contains Ri plasmid.In nature,when the bacteria infect plant' s wound,they can make the plant generate hairy roots.The article reviewed the character of Agrobacterium rhizogenes,structure and function of Ri plasmid,the mechanism of hairy-root syndrome,the transferring methods,the culture and identification of the hairy roots.It also summarized the application fields that the hairy roots were induced to generate the sub-metabolized materials by agrobacterium rhizogenes.
