试论《行政许可法》中的信赖保护原则

Research on Trust - Protection Principles of Administration-Permission Law

我国2004年7月1日实施的《行政许可法》确立了信赖保护原则。该原则对保护相对方的合法权益具有重要意义。本文通过对该原则涵义、价值的分析,探讨其在《行政许可法》中的适用、救济,并提出了自己的看法。

In the Administration- Admissiom Law, promulgated on july1, 2004, Trust - Protection was affirmed. The principle is significant to protect legitimate rights of the other side of the administrative looks. The article aims to analyse the implication and value of the principle, discusses its scope of application in Administration - Admissiom Law and its protective methods. On the base of that the author puts forward her own opinions at the end of the article.
