资源型城市面临着微观实体空间发展、宏观经济发展的双重危机,应从提高城市、区域综合竞争力入手,对城市进行定性、定位、定量和定形研究。并在此基础上,确定城市发展方向,完善城市功能。

Cities of resource type are now facedwith the double crisis of micro corporeal spatialdevelopment and macro economic development.Thus it is imperative to improve the comprehensivecompetitive power of the city and the region and toperform qualitative,orientation,quantitative and shap-ing study on the city.Decision on the direction ofdevelopment for the city is made and perfection iscarried out on the function of city on this basis.[
