This paper establishes the first time themodel for the relationship between city featuresand city competitive power based on the city eco-nomic system.The model concisely and directlyshows the model relation of mutual interaction be-tween the two.Taking into consideration the realityof city competition in China,this paper proposessome concrete measures in terms of urban envi-ronmental features and functional featuresand for building up the city features and enhancingthe city competitive power.[
