传统交通规划存在以满足单一交通需求为目标、只注重城市硬件设施建设、缺乏交通对环境影响的评价等问题。“绿色”交通规划按照“以人为本”的理念定位运输体系,强调优先发展公交系统,重视交通模式和土地使用模式的相互配合,提倡“货运物流化”。

There exist with traditional traffic plan-ning such problems as meeting single traffic needas its goal,attention paid only to the construction ofinfrastructure and lack of a system for evaluationof the traffic environmental impact,etc.Whereas,'green'traffic planning follows the idea of 'people-centered'in the orientation of the transportationsystem,emphasizes the priority in development ofpublic transport,attaches importance to the combi-nation of the mode of transport and the mode ofland utilization and advocates the pattern of'materialdistribution for freight'.Only in this way can wesolve the problems with traditional traffic planning.[
