Preliminary Study on the County Economy and the Township Development Strategy in Liaoning

辽宁县域经济与城镇发展存在城镇人口规模过小、乡镇企业规划布局不合理、城镇基础设施建设滞后、城镇建设标准低等问题,应通过建构适应民营经济发展的行政体系、重构城镇空间布局等措施加以解决。

There exist with the county economy andtownship development in Liaoning such problemsas too small a population for the towns,improperplanning distribution of township enterprises,stag-nant development of township infrastructure,andlow level of township infrastructure construction.These problems should be solved through the es-tablishment of an administrative system suitable forthe development of the private sector of the economyand the reshaping of the spatial distribution of thetowns.
