城市经营理念指导下的城市设计实践——宁波天一广场规划建设

A Practice in Urban Design Under the Guidance of City Management Concept——The Planning and Constructionof Tianyi Square in Ningbo

天一广场规划以中心广场为核心,用4条放射性轴线划分不同功能区块;采用内置式手法,增加商业面积;缩小中心广场尺度,强化广场外围界面的围合与界定;对药王殿、天主教堂、古树进行保护和利用。天一广场的建设是宁波市旧城改造的重要组成部分,是一次城市规划与城市经营理念相结合的实践。

Tianyi Square is planned to have the cen- tral square as the core and different functional sec- tions are divided by four radiating axial lines.The commercial area is increased by imbedding method. The dimension of the central square is reduced to give prominence to the enclosure and boundary of the square.Measures are taken to protect and uti- lize the Yaowangdian Palace,Catholic Church,and ancient trees.The construction of theTianyi Square is an important part of the old town reconstruction of Ningbo and it is also a practice in combining city planning with the concept of city management.
