银川市通贵乡发展规划以“经济成长”为视角,明确通贵乡目前处于经济发展阶段Ⅰ,制约其发展的“瓶颈”因素为资金和人才的缺乏,确定近期实施目标为以畜牧业为主的农牧产品生产基地,远期发展目标为具有回族特色的生态旅游城镇,用地布局运用动态思维,将发展阶段分为近期基本组团建设和远期弹性发展。

With the'economic growth'as its visual angle,the development plan of Tonggui Village in Yinchuan has clearly defined that the economic development of Tonggui Village is at stage I at present.The'bottle neck'factor that restricts the de- velopment of the village is the lack of funds and talents.The near-term goal of development for the village is to construct a production base for agricul- ture and animal husbandry products with animal husbandry as the main.The long-term development goal is to build the village into a eco-tourist town characterized by the features of the Hui ethnics. Dynamic idea is applied in the distribution of land utilization,dividing the development phase into the period of cluster construction for the near-term and flexible development for the long-term development.
