Introduction of structural design of preheater tower of Tongling Conch 10 000 t/ d clinker line

铜陵海螺水泥有限公司10000t/d熟料生产线窑尾预热器的塔架结构平面尺寸为21.8m×41.2m,顶层主平面标高为114.85m,共9层,为国内之最。中材国际南京院在塔架结构设计中主要考虑了结构骨架体系、平面布置、地基基础方案、节点选型和计算等关键问题并进行了比较、分析和研究。最后采用的结构设计和实施方案是:底部两层为混凝土框架结构,上部七层为钢管混凝土柱加钢管支撑的框架结构,并对这一结构设计方案进行了重点介绍。

The preheater tower of Tongling Conch 10 000 t/d clinker line is the largest one in our contry,it is 21.8 m in length, 41.2 m in width and 114.85 m in heigth, and has 9 floors. During design process, SINOMA-Nanjing insititute mainly considered the key question as structural system, layout plan, base scheme, node calculation and selection, etc. The eventual structural design and implementary scheme is that, the first two bottom floors adopted concrete frame construction, the seven other floors adopted frame structure of steel pole filled with concrete supported by steel pillar, and this structural design scheme was also introduced on emphasis.
