大型生产线热风管道皱瘪事故分析和改进

摘要 某5000t/d水泥熟料生产线窑尾预热器塔架一级旋风预热器出口至增湿塔的热风管道在投产后不久就产生皱瘪。通过计算,分析是因设计时对点火初期一级筒出口温度偏高和对本管段最大负压值估计不足而导致风管选用钢板偏薄所致。其解决措施为:风管采用厚度为8mm的Q345钢板制作,并加设10×90的扁钢或70×70×6的角钢加强筋,间距为2.5m。工艺分析认为,在大型熟料生产线该部位热风管道的设计中,通过管道增湿和预热器增湿方案控制风管温度也是可行的。 Soon after one 5 000 t/d cement clinker production line being put into production, the warm-air pipe from outlet of C1 cyclone preheater to humidifier tower shrunk. By account and analyse, we found out it is because that the steel plate was too thin due to underestimate of the temperature of primary cyclone at early days of ignition and the maximal air depression of this section pipe. The measure is that the pipe should be made of 8 mm Q345 steel plate and be strengthened by armature made of 10×90 flat steel or 70×70×6 angle iron with 2.5 m space between . The process analyse shows that controlling the temperature of air pipe by humidifying air pipe or preheater is also feasible during designing warm-air pipe of this position in large-scale clinker production line.
