摘要
实现冷却机关键参数(高温料层的厚度和温度)的测量和自动控制能实现对风室风量进行优化控制,提高冷却机的冷却效率。在介绍用CCD(即俗称的工业摄像头)测量料层厚度和温度原理的基础上,阐述了测量的技术要点为:(1)摄像机位置的选取及其安装;(2)确保测量精度;(3)图像的处理。生产实践证明该技术可以实时检测“红河”等不安全因素,提高冷却空气的分配情况,优化冷却方式。
Realizing measure and autocontrol of grate cooler`s key parameters(height and temperature of high-temperature clinker layer) could optimize the wind rate of wind box and increase cooling efficiency of cooler. On principle of measuring thickness and temperature of the clinker by CCD(industry camera), the technical measure points are as follows: (1) selection and installation of the camera`s position. (2) ensuring measurement accuracy.(3) Image processing. Productive practice proved that this technique can detect unsafe factor as 'the red river' n real-time and optimize cooling method.
